Firstly, I would like to say a big THANK YOU for your support and patronage over the past year.

 

September 19th, 2023 marked 1 year since I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and I am extremely happy that I embarked on that jouney to follow my calling to help others along their personal wellness and healing journeys.

 

The feedback and support I have received has been truly humbling and I am eternally grateful for the appreciation and wonderful reviews that Rita's Total WELLness Studio has received over the past year.

 

As I move into my 2nd year of practice, its is important that I assess the business's current structure to evaluate long term goals and overall viabilty.

 

With this in mind, I have chosen to move the practice from in studio to providing mobile/ on-location based services for clients effective December 1, 2023. I will no longer be occupying a physical studio location at 1111 Beltline Road in Garland. I have heavily weighed this decision, and providing on location services I believe would be beneficial to clients as this would now allow them the flexibilty of enjoying the same treatments and services they have grown to enjoy right in the very comfort of their own homes or other locations.

 

Please note that for regular clients and those who commited to the WELLness program, I would be able to also extend the option of session visits at a private location in lieu of mobile service.

 

All previous pricing arrangments made prior on a client by client basis would be honored as previously discussed.

 

In the interim, I will be honoring all previously purchased Groupon vouchers until the week prior to Thanksgiving. The final week of November I would have very limited availability as I would be in the process of moving out of the current suite.

If using a voucher or treatment gift certificate, please ensure that the treatment service you are requesting to book matches the voucher or gift certificate.

Rita's Total Wellness Studio would not be responsible for incorrect service type bookings. Vouchers and treatment gift certificates are not verified prior to the appointment.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the appointment that you are requesting matches the voucher or treatment gift certificate.

PLEASE NOTE if using a Groupon, the voucher redemption code needs to be added in the Notes section of the booking request. Requests without the voucher redemption code will not be approved.

After booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the regular service pricing, please disregard the price if you are booking with a voucher or gift certificate as the price on the voucher would be honored or in the case of gift certificates, the treatment session has already been paid for. You will also receive a separate email with an intake form which would need to be completed prior to the appointment.

Please note that if you show up late for your appointment, I would not be able to extend your time beyond the allotted appointment time booked.

​

Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of $25.

​

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call/ text or email at least 24 hours in advance. If you have a voucher and are a no show, please note that the voucher will be marked as redeemed.
